Natural Wonders: New Art from London seeks to capture the energy, vitality and diversity of artistic practice currently flourishing in London. The exhibition features a new group of artists whose work has taken centre stage in London, and whose ages, national and ethnic backgrounds are as varied as their creative modes and methods.  They are united primarily by the fact that they live and work in London, and that they constitute and contribute to the vibrant and various subcultures of the city.
And yet, beyond merely presenting some of the most exciting artists working in London, Natural Wonders attempts to identify the different trends in thought and cultural production that animate these artists. The show is conceived as a journey through multiple zones, each of which is comprised of work that shares a particular aesthetic or intellectual correspondence.
